Dr. Whitfield Diffie is considered the father of public key encryption & cryptography which underlies the security of internet commerce and all modern secure communication systems. For this he was awarded a Doctorate in Technical Sciences (Honoris Causa) by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in 1992 and was recently inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame (USA) in Washington D.C.

Dr. Diffie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds two doctorates, one of which is from University of London, where he's also a visiting professor. He published the well-known Diffie-Hellman paper on Cryptography in 1976 which introduced a radically new method & solved one of the fundamental problems of distributing cryptographic keys. Public Key Cryptography, the most revolutionary concept invented in encryption, is a method for securing electronic communication that is now considered vital to security on the Internet, especially for e-commerce transactions. The solution is now known as Diffie–Hellman key exchange.

After leaving Stanford University in the late 1970s, Dr. Diffie became Manager of Secure Systems Research for Bell-Northern Research. In 1991, he moved to Sun Microsystems, where he was Vice-President, Sun Fellow, and Chief Security Officer until 2009. Dr. Diffie is currently serving as the Vice President for Information Security and Cryptography at ICANN and is a Scientific Advisor to Uniken Inc. In addition, he is a Visiting Scholar at Stanford, a Visiting Professor at Royal Holloway, University of London, a fellow of the Marconi Foundation and visiting fellow of the Isaac Newton Institute.

Since 1993, Dr. Whitfield Diffie has also worked to a large degree in public policy, in the areas of cryptography, security and privacy. He has testified several times before both the U.S. House Senate. His position – in opposition to limitations on the business and personal use of cryptography, has been the subject of articles in the New York Times Magazine, Wired, Omni and Discover. This subject has also been covered on the Discovery Channel, Equinox TV in Britain, and the Japanese TV network NHK.

He has been the recipient of multiple awards from Electronic Frontiers Foundation, IEEE, Franklin Institute, NIST and NSA, in for inventing the Diffie-Hellman key exchange protocol and his contribution to theory and practice in computer science, and quality of life in cyberspace. Dr. Diffie and Susan Landau's book "Privacy on the Line: The politics of wiretapping and encryption" was published in 1998 has won the Donald McGannon Award for Social and Ethical Relevance in Communications Policy Research.

With more than 28 years of counterintelligence and security experience, Tony Rucci currently in IC Programs for the Global Security Directorate (GSD) at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Department of Energy, Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Mr. Rucci was hired by ORNL in 2004 as a Technical Security and Intelligence Programs Manager to spearhead the design and accreditation of the Multiprogram Research Facility. After accreditation, Mr. Rucci served as the Director of Intelligence Operations and in 2007, assumed responsibilities as the Collection Manager and Cyber Initiatives. In 2010, was given an opportunity to reach back to his community of interest and become an IC Programs Developer for the Global Security Directorate.

Prior to his employment with ORNL, Mr. Rucci retired after 21 years as a United States Army Counterintelligence (CI) Warrant Officer / Special Agent, having served in a variety of leadership positions and conducted numerous security and espionage investigations to protect our national interests, culminating with his final assignment as the Counterintelligence Operations Officer for the Director of Security, White House Military Office.

During the attacks of 11 September 2001, Mr. Rucci and the Director of Security quickly formulated a plan of action and implemented it. Mr. Rucci relocated with the First Lady where he served as the military support officer providing critical assistance in establishing contact between the President and the First Lady. He also used his extensive knowledge of communications protocol and continuity of government plans to help the United States Secret Service interact with Department of Defense elements to develop plans to provide for the safety of the First Lady.

Mr. Rucci was the lead counterintelligence officer on over 70 Presidential visits to foreign countries. During these trips, he performed diverse tasks to ensure the White House Military Office mission was successfully performed, provided force protection measures to ensure the security of military forces, provided critical intelligence to the Military Aide to the President and the United States Secret Service, which affected the President of the United States. Mr. Rucci accomplished this by fusing disparate information from national intelligence agencies, host country law enforcement agencies, and Department of State personnel into a coherent, succinct threat picture.

Dr. Marshall, a member of the Senior Cryptologic Executive Service (SES) and the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES), is the Director of Global Cyber Security Management, National Cyber Security Division, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by special arrangement between the Director, National Security Agency (DIRNSA) and the Secretary of DHS. Within DHS he leads the direction of the National Cybersecurity Education Strategy; Software Assurance; Research and Standards Integration; Supply Chain Risk Management; and Cybersecurity Education and Workforce Development.

Dr. Marshall was previously the Senior Information Assurance (IA) Representative, Office of Legislative Affairs at the National Security Agency (NSA) where he served as the Agency's point of contact for all NSA Information Security (INFOSEC) matters concerning Congress. He devised the IA legislative strategy, helped shaped the passage of the revised Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and was instrumental in shaping the Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative.

As an additional duty, Dr. Marshall represented NSA in the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Program in Boston, Massachusetts and the Detroit, Michigan areas where he led the effort to establish an International Consortium on Information Assurance. In a recent edition of CS Magazine, Dr. Marshall was recognized as one the nation's most influential cyber security professionals who helped shape the information security industry. Sridhar Jayanthi has been the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Managing Director, India Operations since 2002. He is responsible for the product development, organizational growth, and operations strategy for the multi-function India site. After obtaining a Masters degree in Computer Science, from University of New Brunswick, Canada, Sanjay worked as a Scientist with Center for Development of Advance Computing (the R&D Center that developed India's first super computer PARAM), and Tata Research Center (an R&D division of Tata Consultancy Services) in their Imaging and Pattern Recognition Group.

Subsequently, Sanjay joined Infosys Technologies (a leading technology consulting firm), where he was first heading their Mobile Computing initiative for the Europe Division and later headed the business development effort for their Life Sciences Division in the US.

Wanting to solve problems that impact lives, Sanjay started UNIKEN in 2003 with four other like-minded professionals who wanted to build a world class innovation driven ecosystem with the freedom to dream.

Sanjay has several scientific publications and patents to his credit, and has been working on symbolic representation schemes, its theory and applications to various technology problems. Aridaman is from the Yahoo security group, called Paranoids. The Yahoo Paranoids team is responsible for building and maintaining all software tools and libraries that are used by engineers across Yahoo! to build secure products. The team also conducts security reviews of major product initiatives across Yahoo! to ensure they are secure by design and implementation, and are in compliance with Yahoo! application security policy and guidelines. They also provide training and support to Yahoo! developers to educate them on most common security vulnerabilities and show them best practices to mitigate them.

Aridaman has been with the Yahoo Paranoids team for the last seven years. In his current role, he works with security engineers across the international offices to help secure various projects going on there including projects in the field of eCommerce, Social Networking, Media and Communication. His areas of activity include security reviews, partner security, outsourced development security and security trainings.

Dipankar has been working in the Security industry for 9 years. A graduate in Physics and a MBA in Information Systems, Dipankar started his career in the US in early 2000. After working initially for a couple of product companies he moved to McAfee, Bangalore in 2002 and has been there since, helping build different products in the fast evolving Digital Security space. In the last few years he has been involved with traditional Anti Virus technologies, Management Platforms and specialized Endpoint Security technologies such as DLP and Encryption. In his current role, he manages the Data Protection Engineering team at McAfee, Bangalore.

Raj has worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai (TIFR). He has also undertaken development in the GNU/Linux Kernel and Semantic knowledge systems, as well as programmed the first Linguistic GNU/Linux Kernel for Indian Languages. Raj is currently working as Deputy Director with CERT Navy, wherein he deals with Cyber Threat Analysis and mitigation plans.

Mr Wong Loke Yeow is ArcSight's Regional Director and Company Evangelist responsible for architecting and driving the ArcSight marketing and go-to-market strategy for Asia Pacific. In his role, Mr Wong is responsible for evangelizing ArcSight's thought leadership, trail-blazing approaches and cutting-edge technology; and drive market awareness and adoption of ArcSight's industry leading solutions and strategies that help transmute today's complex business and network data into actionable security foresight.

From 2003 to 2010, Mr Wong Loke Yeow volunteered his personal time and resources to sen/e as an executive committee representative of the Singapore InfoComm Technology Federation (SiTF), of which he served the last 3 years as an SiTF Council Member, as well as Chairman of the Security and Governance Chapter at the SiTF.

Prior to joining ArcSight, Mr Wong was working for Oracle Corporation as the Regional Director of Security Solutions, where he was responsible for defining and promoting Oracle's Security solution vision, architecture and offerings across Asia Pacific.

Mr Wong started his IT career in 1992 with the Republic of Singapore Police Force (RSPF) as an Inspector of Police (NS) and Project Officer for the Police computerisation projects.

Subsequently, Mr Wong joined the National Computer Board in 1994 where he was an IT Architect involved in the pioneering projects of the Singapore IT2000 Masteiplan before leaving to join Deutsche Bank AG in 1997. At Deutsche Bank, Mr Wong was instrumental in supporting the establishment of the regional Information Security group at Deutsche Bank's Asia Pacific head office.

After seven fruitful years of service at the bank, Mr Wong left Deutsche Bank in 2003 as its Head of Asia Pacific Security Operations and joined TruSecure Corporation as their Asia Pacific Security Evangelist and Director of Product Management until 2008 when he moved to join Oracle Corporation (Note: TruSecure was merged with Betmsted Corporation in 2005 to become Cybertmst Inc, which was subsequently acquired by VerizonBusiness in 2007).

Samir Saklikar leads the Software Advanced Development team of RSA, The Security Division of EMC. As a Principal Technologist in the CTO office, he works on architecting and developing novel solutions and Proof of Concepts around strategic initiatives for RSA such as Cloud Computing, Anti-Threat, Mobile and Identity Security technologies. Prior to RSA, he has worked with Motorola Research Labs and Nokia in the areas of Mobile Security, Web Services Security and Identity solutions. He has authored over 10 papers in international conferences and journals, and has 20 Patent applications related to the areas of Identity, Security and Mobile Services.

Dmitriy is a student of St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University, computer science department, he focuses on SAP security, particularly on Kernel, BASIS and ABAP security. He has official acknowledgements from SAP and Oracle for the vulnerabilities found. His interests cover reverse engineering, software verification/program analysis (SMT, DBI, IL), source sode analysiss, vulnerability research and development of exploits, software for static and dynamic code analysis written in Python. He is a contributor to the OWASP-EAS project.

Shri. S.Prabhu, IAAS has a Masters Degree in Defence & Strategic Studies from Madras University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) awarded by ISACA, USA, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) specialized in Internal Auditing, Financial and Management Accounting awarded by Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA. He is also a Member of ISACA,IIA,IDSA,IIPA,ICADR,ICA,CSI and IPAI.

He belongs to the 1984 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service. During his career, he has held various positions like Principal Director (RTI), Tamilnadu, Chennai, Principal Director of Audit, Ordnance Factories, Kolkata. He has also held deputation assignments as Controller of Administration of a Techinical Research Oragnisation of the Nation, New Delhi and as Finance Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Chennai.

As a team leader he has conducted twice International Audit of the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Triesta, Italy and New Delhi and Food and Agrilculture Organisation -Country Representative Offices at Mexico (Mexico City) and Colombia (Bogota).

Lt General Kamal Davar retired from the Indian Army after a most distinguished service spanning four decades. He has held coveted command, staff and instructional appointments both in India and abroad. For his distinguished services of the most exceptional order, the Government of India awarded him the Param Vashisht and Ati Vashisht Sewa medals. A renowned operational soldier, the General since his commissioning, has served in all theatres of operations in India and was also wounded in action in the 1965 operations. His last appointment at Army HQ, for which he was especially selected by the Government, was as the first Chief of The Defence Intelligence Agency(DIA) and Deputy Chief of the Integrated Defence Staff. In this appointment, a plethora of sophisticated multi-dimensional state of art gadgetry besides diverse human resources are handled including interactions with the top security hierarchy of countries as required and mandated by the government.

The General is a M.Sc in Defence Studies from the Madras University and also holds a Doctorate in Security Studies from the Meerut University. He has been a Corps Commander responsible for the defence of the Punjab besides being the first Armoured Corps officer to have commanded the entire Ladakh sector where he had also launched the widely acclaimed 'Operation GOODWILL.' He was subsequently again posted to J&K as Chief of Staff of a Corps HQ engaged in counter-insurgency operations. Amit Sharma is currently serving as Deputy Director in the Office of the Secretary Defence(R&D) and Scientific Advisor of Defence Minister, Defence Research and Development Organization (D.R.D.O), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. He has worked in the field of Information Security, Information warfare, Strategic Information Dissemination Systems, NetCentric Warfare, C4I2SR systems and Secure and survivable networks. He is a Chevening Scholar and has gained his Masters in 'Global Security' from Defence College of Management and Technology, UK Defence Academy, United Kingdom. He is a graduate/fellow of US DoD's Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies, Hawaii US in Comprehensive Response to counter- Terrorism Course. He did his B Tech (honors) in Computer Science and Technology from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, India.

For his outstanding contributions he was awarded Outstanding promotion in the year 2007. He along with his team was awarded Technology Group Award (2008). He was awarded Chevening Scholarship by Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO), British Government for the year 2008- 2009 from India. For his work on cyber terrorism and national security issues, he was awarded Commendation Letter by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defence in 2009. He was awarded dissertation prize for his monograph "The Art of Cyber wars" at the UK Defence Academy in 2009. He is a Member of IDSA's Task force on Cyber Security headed by former Under Secretary General of United Nations. He is currently engaged in developing the strategies and doctrines for futuristic cyber wars. He has delivered a number of talks on cyber warfare, cyber security and national security issues, at various forums such the NATO Centre of excellence at Tallinn, Estonia; Cyber security summit organised by Royal United Services Institute at London; Cyber security summit organised by the Government of Karnataka at Bangalore; "Scientific issues in countering terrorism" conference at Moscow; "The Conference on Cyber Security: Emerging Cyber Threats and Challenges" at Chennai organised by the Confederation of Indian Industries; cyber deterrence issues at Garmisch Germany; IDGA Cyber Summit at Washington DC; Center for Land Warfare Studies CLAWS, National Maritime Foundation NMF and recently at S&T Conference organized by US Pacific Command.
